Our Company
Community Support
At Rileys, we believe that by investing in the regions where we operate, we can help to provide real social benefits and add value to our company. After all, strong and healthy communities are good for our families and our customers, and that's what matters. And when we decide to support a cause, we’re in it for the long-term. Here are some examples of our community support:
Best Ball Golf Tournament
Since inception, Rileys has been the major sponsor of this annual golf event. For 43 years and 33 years respectively, we have supported both the men's and women's divisions of this tournament, in an effort to promote competitive golf throughout Southern Alberta. This tournament is the largest sanctioned event of its kind and encompasses 30 Calgary Golf Association clubs with men's, ladies and amateur divisions. Learn more.
Calgary Flames Celebrity Golf Classic
Calgary Flames Celebrity Golf Classic: Rileys has been a Platinum Level sponsor of this charity event for 37 years since its inception. Money raised at the event goes directly to the Calgary Flames Foundation, which supports a number of community-based charities. Learn more.
Children’s Hospital Aid Society
For 35 years, since inception, Rileys has supported Children's Hospital Aid Society (CHAS) which is a volunteer organization dedicated to the well-being of children and young adults with health related needs. CHAS is a charitable organization that funds programs and services for children and young adults, in co-operation with the Alberta Children's Hospital, other agencies and the community. Learn more.
No Stone Left Alone
Rileys supports this initiative in Edmonton, which honors and recognizes the sacrifice of Canadian men and women though a Remembrance Day Ceremony which has students place poppies on the headstones of fallen soldiers graves, to resemble Flanders Fields.
